As of Spring 2026, I begin a four-year journey of advanced study toward a Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Conflict Resolution.
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is guided by a central question: What is peace, truly? From a leadership perspective, I will explore the structural, cultural, and systemic forces that shape outcomes in conflict—and examine how leadership either perpetuate cycles of violence or can transform them into pathways toward sustainable peace.
