When it comes to relationships, you may have been used to…

♦ People-Pleasing: Constantly trying to make others happy at the expense of your own needs and desires or seeking approval from others to feel valued and accepted.

♦ Avoidance: Avoiding situations or conversations that trigger anxiety or discomfort instead of addressing the root causes, leading to unresolved issues.

♦ Perfectionism: Setting unrealistically high standards for yourself to avoid criticism or rejection and striving for constant achievement as a means to gain validation and self-worth.

♦ Emotional Withdrawal: Withdrawing emotionally from relationships to protect yourself from getting hurt.

♦ Ruminating: Continuously dwelling on past events or mistakes, leading to increased anxiety and self-doubt.

MY PHILOSOPHY

« The key to true growth lies in a constructive and visionary mindset. »

« The key to true growth lies in a constructive and visionary mindset. »

So often do I witness women diminishing themselves in relationships (I did it too!). How often do I observe couples who fail to truly understand one another, passively accepting « what is » instead of taking the lead and stepping up to create another reality.
In our hyper-connected world, superficial connections are easy. But true, authentic, soul-to-soul connections are rare. Women particularly dim their light to conform to expected roles, driven by a sense of obligation. They either don’t trust to say their inner truth or burst out of anger from the injustice.
How many times have I witnessed people raising their voices, shouting at each other, hiding things, or simply falling silent, allowing tension to fester in the relationship? As months and years pass, the true reason for the disagreement often fades…

More often than not, it’s underdeveloped self-leadership, emotional resilience and social intelligence that create this distance in relationships.

My experience as a Mediator has shown me time and time again that where many see a « dead end, » there is always a solution. There is always another path to take, one that doesn’t leave relational tension and inner conflict hanging in the air.

MY CORE VALUES

coach relationnel hompage

I am deeply committed to and live by three foundational values…

INTEGRITY

Integrity is all about embodying your values, being consistent and aligning your actions with your inner truth, regardless of external opinions or actions. Walk your talk, uphold your promises, and live authentically at all times.

COMMUNITY

Understanding that one of the most essential resources are people and connections. Every opportunity, idea, and project flourishes through the relationships you create. Community is about surrounding yourself with those who share your values, your vision, and elevate you.

TOLERANCE

Tolerance is the profound recognition that everything and everyone has a rightful place. It embraces diversity and emphasizes focusing on your own journey. Tolerance embodies the wisdom to welcome all that exists, without feeling threatened by differences. It is the acceptance that allows space for every unique expression.

Client’s Notes

Client’s Notes

« I found it very interesting and well-presented. Kudos to you for all your advice and the way you present things in a smooth, accessible, and concise manner.

I particularly appreciated the modules on Anger and Hyperconflict, which made me realize why I often get upset, what triggers my anger, and how to better manage the behavior of my hyperconflict partner (and why all my attempts at discussions with him had always failed up until now! So it’s not me who has a problem with living together! Oh miracle, revelation, thank you!).
I also appreciated the Opposites Method (nothing is really that serious in the end) and the Parent/Child/Adult reflection, which made me aware of my childish behavior of always expecting things from others (attention, feedback, questions, etc.).«

C.

« WOW, I absolutely loved your masterclass and I am so grateful for it (and for being able to access the replays). It was very well-structured, organized, and presented. The best part is how naturally you speak, providing concrete examples from your own life (which are more believable and authentic), including us in the conversation, and balancing theory with practice. The topics resonated with me, such as active listening, dealing with highly conflictual people, projection, and the importance of stopping assumptions and interpretations in couple relationships, etc. »

Cora

» … I applied your advice from yesterday during an email exchange, and I found myself being more objective, rational, and constructive. «

M.

« I appreciated the personal touch; it made everything more digestible. The sessions on the metaplan, projection, and active listening were particularly valuable to me. Overall, it all feels like a handy little Swiss Army knife. Thank you for the time you spent preparing all of this.

S.

I thoroughly enjoyed having a session with Sonja, who listens with such gentle attentiveness. We addressed a situation from my professional life that impacted me years ago and continues to affect me today. Sonja introduced a playful and creative approach that allowed me to delve deep into my memories, crystallized emotions, and beliefs. I was deeply moved throughout the exercise by the intensity of the emotions I experienced and the catharsis achieved through drawing. It was with great surprise that I discovered aspects of nonviolent communication and emotional intelligence that I had never realized before. This session was immensely beneficial and has inspired me to resume manual activities, integrating them with my emotional understanding.

Coralie

« I felt a true sense of listening and empathy from Sonja during our session, which greatly helped make the conversation constructive for what I was experiencing at that moment and afterwards. She adeptly made me understand the various manifestations of conflicts and how to better approach and overcome them. She provided me with solid groundwork for achieving the improved communication I am seeking. »

Emiliy

« I reached out to Sonja because I was still struggling to express myself in front of others, communicate without fearing others’ judgment, and especially to dare to say NO! It’s something I’ve been working on for a while, but it was still very challenging for me. I was stuck in certain situations in my personal life. Sonja came along at just the right time. She helped me put things into perspective and work on life events I had set aside. During our session, she adapted to each of my responses. Whenever I presented a concern or event, she helped me understand why, guiding me onto the right path. The session flowed naturally. It was a 1.5-hour session during which I was able to express myself. Sonja was completely attentive and provided me with many insights. Time flew by, and it doesn’t stop there. »

*Note: Some of my clients prefer to remain discreet on social media, so I respect their anonymity. Thank you for your understanding.

My clients are soul-driven and visionary leaders who have often felt like outsiders in social circles. They seek a life where they can freely express their true Self and create deep, authentic connections that fulfill their profound need for Belonging. Through my programs and services, I am honored to provide them with a safe space for growth—as individuals, partners, mothers, wives, and leaders. People frequently compliment my deep awareness and understanding of human behavior, which empowers me to offer the most insightful guidance possible.

F.A.Q

F.A.Q

Why would you need a relationship coach?

We live in a society where it is becoming increasingly difficult to form deep connections, despite the hyperconnectivity of the internet. Moreover, we are in an era where blame is prevalent and emotional management is underdeveloped. The divorce rate is high because couples have failed to recognize the signs or communicate effectively beforehand. Schools have not yet begun to teach the best practices for communication, listening, dialogue, or how to handle a disagreement or conflict when necessary.

As a Mediator and Relationship Coach, I believe in the possibility of creating a world where it is easy to communicate, even in difficult moments. I take great pride in providing you with the tools used in mediation that enable you to navigate through conflicts and create deeply respectful and caring relationships.

Why should you seek guidance from a relationship coach?

In brief: so that you have all the skills and tools necessary to ensure a minor disagreement doesn’t escalate into a major problem.

Imagine holding a tangled ball of yarn in your hands. This ball represents the relationship that currently concerns you. Despite your efforts to understand, communicate, and untangle the mess, nothing seems to work. Either the situation remains stagnant, or it worsens. Or perhaps you can’t pinpoint what’s wrong. The ball remains tangled.

A relationship coach guides you in unraveling the knots, detangling the yarn, and equipping you with tools to keep it untangled over the long term.

As a Mediator and Relationship Coach, I provide you with CLARITY and TOOLS so that you can manage relationship difficulties on your own and build lasting relationships based on respect, acceptance, and tolerance for each other.

How much does a relationship coach cost ?

My rates vary depending on the service chosen. All prices are transparently displayed on each service page. I invite you to carefully read the information: I strive to provide maximum clarity on my various services. I also offer installment payment installements for some services.
