3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

Mediation and coaching are collaborative processes, and success depends on your openness, willingness to engage, and personal accountability.

4. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Fees: All fees for services are outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of payment.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services have been provided or once a coaching or mediation session has begun. However, if a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer an alternative session or credit toward future services.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

  • Mediation Confidentiality: As a mediator, we adhere to strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with Texas mediation laws and ethical guidelines. Information shared during mediation sessions remains private unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm or court orders).
  • Coaching & Consulting Confidentiality: While coaching is not legally protected like mediation, we still uphold strict confidentiality and do not disclose client information without consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation does not lead to a resolution, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Texas courts.
