My experience over the past 20 years has shown me how much everything comes down to attitude. It was when I stepped into life coaching in 2016 that everything clicked: I realized how our beliefs shape our thoughts, and those thoughts, in turn, define our attitude.

    Who is behavioral coaching for? I would say: for anyone who has noticed that their attitude isn’t taking them where they want to go in life or in their relationships with others.

    When I refer to behavioral coaching, it’s about working with someone on their attitude. With my expertise, I’m here to help you analyze your thoughts, beliefs, life experiences, and goals.

    Why? Because our attitude stems from all these factors: thoughts, emotions, beliefs, inner dialogue, and everything related to cognition.

    Do you notice a gap between how you react to events and how you wish you could respond or act?

    Furthermore, this process requires a reassessment of one’s own behavior to adopt a constructive attitude. This is what I refer to as behavioral coaching. I rely on the brain’s incredible plasticity to deconstruct outdated patterns (cognitive biases, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful thoughts) and help rebuild what enables my clients to move forward at their own pace.

    I’ve often noticed that many people approach the problem from the wrong angle. When we happen to react impulsively or emotionally, we frequently hear things like: « Be more positive, relax, don’t stress, calm down, you’re overreacting, you’re exaggerating, » and so on.

    But know this: there is nothing wrong with you.

    Your brain is doing a wonderful job of protecting you from external stress.

     The art of coaching, particularly when focused on behavior, is all about reassessing what your brain perceives as a threat and how your nervous system responds to stress.

    What’s fascinating to explore with a professional are the cognitive biases that lead you to react in certain ways today. These biases may come from your upbringing, habits, or even the culture you’ve been immersed in.

    However, very few people really take the time to acknowledge the emotions that trigger these states. Many try to change their behavior or state of being without first examining their emotional processes and thoughts. Your emotions carry important messages—they are precious! Your thoughts stem from how you manage your emotions and the beliefs you rely on.

    With my clients, especially in my signature program SELF-MASTERY™, I guide them to take things in the right order. Before we even talk about changing somehing in their life, we first look at how they feel, what they need, and where their boundaries are.

    Developing my emotional resilience has always been a priority, but it became even more essential when I became a Mediator. I had to learn how to differentiate between my own emotions, beliefs, and thoughts and those of my clients, in order to maintain the impartiality required in mediation. To be effective as a professional, I also need to constantly monitor my own cognitive biases.

    As a result, guiding my clients in mediation or in my program Self-Mastery™ requires a high level of self-mastery and a consistently constructive attitude. I help them take a step back from crisis situations or relational difficulties, and together, we implement actions that lead them toward their goals.

    Behavioral coaching is personalized support where we address issues, particularly those related to relationships. If you notice that your attitude isn’t leading you to where you want to be and you’re ready to make a change, this coaching may be of interest to you.

    How does a behavioral coaching session work ?

    First, we take the time to clearly define your goals on paper to gain clarity on the direction you want to take. Then, we work together to establish actions that will move you toward those goals. 

    When should you seek a behavioral coach ?

    The key indicator is the impact your attitude has on your relationships. This could be situational or recurring. If you’ve noticed that your reactions are working against you and harming your relationships, and you want to improve, I can help.
